Clint Oliver

Clint first joined Bayer Becker as a surveying intern, gaining hands-on field experience before expanding his expertise with the Ohio EPA in the Division of Drinking and Ground Water. Now an Associate and key member of our civil engineering team, he applies his technical knowledge to stormwater management, drainage design, sanitary and water main systems and earthwork operations. With his comprehensive approach, Clint excels at navigating the land entitlement process, ensuring projects align with zoning requirements while maintaining efficiency.

Passionate about collaboration, Clint works closely with all members of the design team to create developments that align with client goals and positively impact communities. Clients and his team appreciate his reliability, strong communication, and commitment to delivering thoughtful, well-executed designs.

When he’s not in the office, Clint can be found rooting on The Ohio State Buckeyes, running, playing disc golf and spending time with his wife and pup, Grizzly.
